§ Working with me

By reference, mostly.

The door is narrow by design. Most of the time goes to the existing work and the people already in it. Most of what I work on falls into three shapes.

Counsel. A seat at the table. When you don't need another vendor; you need a second mind that has spent years inside the rooms where the decisions actually get made. Time-boxed, critical, high-value. Communication strategy, AI capability, M&E-aligned creative, the politics of getting a thing shipped through committee.

Build. Occasional, deliberate. When a brief is sharp and a deadline is honest, I still ship. Communication for development through Anirar 360. AI-native creative through Studio Imagine. A small number of these every season.

Company. Other operators, by standing conversation. Founders, studios, operators building something I want to stay close to. No contract, just a long, quiet exchange. The list is small and tends to stay that way.

Tell me what you're trying to make, who it's for, and what success would look like. Be specific about the deadline and the budget. Vague timelines and undisclosed budgets are the two most reliable signals that a project isn't ready yet.
